高效蛋白氣浮機

高效蛋白氣浮機是根據玉米蛋白的特性，利用氣浮原理，將玉米蛋白粉從稀麩質中分離出來，從而獲得較高濃度的蛋白漿液。高效蛋白氣浮機由曝氣組件，曝氣泵，氣浮區，刮漿區組成。由分離機分離的稀麩質部分通過泵泵入曝氣頭，通過曝氣組件的作用在曝氣區使部分漿液與空氣形成乳化狀態，呈乳化狀態的漿液中含有大量微小的氣泡，在氣浮區中對稀麩質中的蛋白顆粒進行氣浮，氣浮出的蛋白顆粒在液面上呈絮凝狀態向刮板區推進；氣浮的過程同時也是稀麩質中少量的淀粉顆粒沉淀的過程。頂流濃麩質在槽體末端通過刮板刮出直接進蛋白吸濾機過濾，中流是清澈的工藝水，可直接用于淀粉工段的重新利用，底流在達到一定濃度時，可直接泵入頂流同去被過濾。

■麩質濃度：高效氣浮機濃漿濃度一般在 9% 以上，普通氣浮槽濃麩質濃度一般在 3% 左右

■中流水：高效氣浮機每噸淀粉多出中流水 2.5m3 左右

■電耗：高效氣浮機每噸淀粉降低電耗 1. 用板框壓濾時（無麩質濃縮機）為 2-3 度 2. 用真空轉鼓過濾時（有麩質濃縮機）為 5-8 度

■處理量：處理量大，可根據不同規模設計，一般在 60-80m3

■操作：簡單，不繁瑣于普通氣浮槽操作。

With flotation principle the Efficient Protein Air Flotation Machine separates the corn protein from dilute gluten so that get HC protein pulp. It is comprised of flotation components, flotation pump, air floating zone and scraping area. Part of separated dilute gluten enter into flotation head, under function of floatation elements part of pulp and gas enter into emulsion state. The pulp in emulsion state has number of tiny air bubbles to float the protein particle in the floatation zone and the protein particles push to scraping area with flocculation state on the liquid level. The air flotation process is also sedimentation process of starch parcels in the dilute gluten. Top current go through vat and scraped by scraper directly go into protein filter, the middle current is clear processing water which can used in starch section, when bottom current reach certain concentration directly pump into top current for being filter.

■Strong gluten concentration: super efficient air floating machine is generally over 9%, common air floatation chest is about 3%.

■Middle water: super efficient air floating machine can produce more 2.5m3 per ton of starch.

■Power consumption:　Super efficiency air flotation machine starch reduce the power consumption per ton 1. When using a plate frame filter (no gluten thickener) for 2-3 KWH 2. When using a vacuum drum filter (gluten thickener) for 5 to 8 KWH.

■Large capacity：60-80m3 according to different scale, general in 60-80 m3

■Operation: simple, not complicated to common air floatation chest. 

YT 型轉鼓過濾機工作原理與一般真空轉鼓過濾機基本相同。主要區別在于YT 型過濾機在過濾前進行助濾劑（如硅藻土、珍珠巖等）的預涂。過濾時，槽內的助濾劑在真空抽吸作用下，在轉鼓外表面形成所需厚度的預涂層，然后注入待過濾的漿料，在真空抽吸作用下分離的濾液透過預涂層和濾布，經吸液管，集液管，自動排放濾液缸（或汽液分離器）排出，而漿料中的固體顆粒被預涂層截留，由自動控制進給的機械刮刀連同硅藻土表層不斷刮去。當預涂層殘留厚度約為15mm 時，需重新進行預涂，進行下一個工作循環。
